Junior Finance Analyst

The Role:

• To assist in all financial reporting aspects including monthly management reporting, budget, forecast, HQ package report for monthly, quarterly and yearly.
• Ensure the timely closing of accounts on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis and preparing and validating financial statements with accuracy.
• To provide analytical support to various cross-function initiatives and ad-hoc projects.
• To coordinate works with the related function and participate in the implementation of Finance/IT/IS projects for the reporting and controlling functions.
• Reinforce internal control requirements and implement procedures whenever necessary.
• Continually seek to improve processing efficiency and controlling capabilities of the finance and accounting functions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of experiences in Financial and Management accounting, preferably in audit firms.
• Hands-on experiences in preparing financial reports according to IFRS and VAS.
• Good knowledge of VAS and tax laws.
• Demonstrated timeliness to complete multiple projects and assignments with high accuracy of work.
• Good business and commercial sense in the industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good in the written and spoken English language.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes.
