PHU THAI GROUP – THE LEADING BUSINESS PARTNER OF P&G IN NORTHEN VIETNAM

On the morning of 27 September 2023, the Merger Integration Conference officially took place between Phu Thai Group and 160 employees of Tien Thanh Company. On this important occasion, senior leaders from the two companies as well as P&G Vietnam had attended, shared and answered questions from all employees.

This Merger Integration Conference is an important milestone for Phu Thai Group. With this merger, Phu Thai Group officially becomes the only distribution partner of P&G in Northern Vietnam and expands the distribution area in key provinces such as: Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, Cao Bang, Bac Can. The number of Phu Thai employee working across Vietnam has significantly increased after this event.

In this conference, board of management from all parties sent their well wishes and felt confident that all employees are moving on to a better and more successful chapter of their career development with Phu Thai Group. All employees also signed and officially became part of Phu Thai family with lots of joy and excitement. 

Throughout the last 30 years of development, Phu Thai Group has earned many proud achievements.
